Beach Front Property Sales is a small, family run Tenerife estate agency, our intention is to stay that way; we believe that by selecting only saleable correctly priced Tenerife property to place in our portfolio and carefully managing our time we can remain competitive yet still offer a one-on-one personal service to our clients many of whom return or bring friends wishing to buy their first Tenerife apartment.


Our premises are located right on the (Las Vistas) beach front in Los Cristianos, hence the name, we know the areas of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas extremely well having lived here for over twenty one years. We believe in not only selling a property but selling a property that suits the requirements of our clients, we prefer to listen to the clients needs and then offer the best property in Tenerife to suit those needs.


Property in Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas offer the best all round conditions for both living and holiday letting, the climate is the sunniest and most protected, and everything is conveniently nearby. The airport is fifteen minutes away, there are plenty of taxis and buses, and there are shops for all one’s needs and thousands of bars cafes and restaurants.


Golf Las Americas, a championship 18 hole course is barely more than a stones throw from the sea and there are six other championship golf courses in Tenerife to chose from as well as three smaller pitch and putt courses and more being constructed. Water parks, Zoos, the new Siam Park with the world’s second highest waterslide plus all manner of water borne activities make Tenerife and Tenerife property an excellent investment.
